Privacy policy

When you request a demo, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your organization (optional)
• The focus areas that apply to you, chosen from a list (optional)

Please do not include patient or client information in the form. Humaxa does not want it, and the form is not designed to hold it.

So that the form behaves sensibly under repeated submissions, it also stores:

• The date and time you submitted the form
• A one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, used only to recognise a repeat submission from the same address within 24 hours
• A one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of the network address your request came from, used only to limit repeated submissions from one network
• Whether the request has been sent on to our team — today email delivery is switched off, so every request is stored and marked “held”

The scrambled copies cannot be read back as your email address or network address. They are kept only for the repeat-submission and rate limits described above, and are not used to identify or track you.

Each demo request is saved in the website’s own database. The site runs on Base44, a hosted application platform that serves this site through Cloudflare’s network; both act as our service providers and store the data on our behalf.

Saved requests are readable only by Humaxa staff who are administrators of this website in Base44. Visitors and anyone without that administrator access cannot read, change or delete them.

Humaxa uses your details only to respond to your demo request.

No email is sent anywhere at the moment. Email delivery is switched off, so a request is stored and stays there until a member of the Humaxa team reads it in the website’s admin view. When delivery is switched on, each request will be emailed to a Humaxa mailbox through the Base44 platform’s email service, and this page will be updated before that happens.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tags of its own. There are no advertising pixels, no third-party marketing scripts, no session recording and no cross-site tracking on these pages.

Nothing is stored in your browser for analytics, advertising or tracking. The hosting platform keeps standard technical records, such as requests and errors, so that the site can be run and faults can be fixed.

If analytics or advertising is ever added, this section will say so, and any consent it requires will be asked for before it runs.

Demo requests are kept until we have followed up on them and no longer need them. There is currently no automatic deletion. If you would like your request removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
